The Year of the Dog is upon us and what better place to celebrate the coming year then at Compass Rose Cellars with your Valentine. Chef Ashley is back for another round but this time with a bigger bang. 6 Courses with 6 Wines! (sounds alot like a cheesy musical from the sixties).
We are doing the dinner like normal up at the Overlook and I will make sure there is plenty of heat on hand to keep us warm(as if the wine wasn't enough).
Journey member and my good friend, Kris Potrafka of Music First Hand is still interviewing musians for the perfect pairing with such a fantastic evening. So stay tuned for this eveing's entertainment.
Happy hour will be from 6:30 -7:00 pm. Dinner will start around 7:15 pm.
